We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you give them at least 14 days to experience their benefits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after this period and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@safepetco.com.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this timeframe has passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If, after this period, you are still dissatisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so within 60 days from the date of purchase covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@safepetco.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the damage and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not liable for any shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, such as those caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen issues during transit. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. SafePetCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
